This is a beautiful, platinum grade 3 bedroom, 8 berth holiday caravan set on West Sands Park within the Seal Bay Resort in Selsey near Chichester.

Its consists of an open plan lounge/dinner with two large free standing sofa’s, one of which contains a fold out bed. A large matching pouffe with storage and 2 further stools, two side tables, a TV unit with a 40″ smart TV, Nintendo Wii and free WiFi. The dinning area has a large table four chair.  The kitchen is fully fitted with a full size, 5 ring gas cooker with high level double oven and built in microwave, full size integrated larder fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher four slice toaster and even a Tasimo coffee machine and a small selection of pods.

Sleeping arrangements are split between a master bedroom includes a double bed with storage underneath and two bedside cabinets. A dressing area with a large double wardrobe with mirrored doors and dressing table with stool which is also allows space for a travel cot. An en-suite W.C and hand basin. A 32″ Freeview T.V is mounted on the wall to give the best viewing from the bed and there is a hair dryer for your convenience. Two further twin rooms with full size single beds of which one in each room can be stored under each other to create a larger single room or make room for a travel cot. A bedside unit, wardrobe and large mirror. Both twin rooms also include 19″ freeview TVs mounted on the walls. A pull out double bed in the lounge under one of the sofa’s.

There is a large shower room with a double size shower, wash basin, W.C. and storage cupboards.

The caravan is fitted with double glazed windows and central heating controlled via a hive thermostat plus a real log burner fire effect electric fire in the living room for those cosy nights in.

Our caravan is pet friendly and we do allow 1 or 2 small dog to stay. We ask you contact us first to show interest in taking your dogs and will incur an extra £50 added to the refundable deposit in case of damage and extra cleaning needed. We have supplied a pet vacuum for your use to help keep on top of excess pet hair. We would also ask for you to keep your furry family members off the furniture as much as possible to help stop any damage. There is an option on the booking form for you to select if you are bringing your K9 friends.

Outside there is a large veranda with gated steps and lock plus a selection of furniture for soaking up those sunny evenings in.
